• Orders on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, delivery address and anything you tell us in the chat. We use it only to confirm, pack and deliver your order.
• Corporate quote form: your name, company, mobile number, quantity, hamper choice and deadline. The form opens WhatsApp with these details, and may also save them to our private enquiry list so we can follow up.
• Analytics and ads measurement: only if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. They record pages viewed and buttons clicked (for example, “Order on WhatsApp”) so we can see which ads work. If you decline, neither loads.
• Ad source: if you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign name in the link is kept in your browser for that visit and added to your WhatsApp message, so we know which ad brought you.
• On your device: your browser remembers your cookie choice and whether you closed the announcement bar.

We don't sell or rent your data.

WhatsApp (Meta) carries our chats. Google and Meta receive analytics data only if you accept cookies. Delivery partners receive the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your order.
